BrassicaDB

BBSRC UK CropNet funding ceased in 2003 and there will be no further software development for BrassicaDB. However, the database is still automatically refreshed with newly deposited Brassica sequences every night and is occasionally rebuilt from scratch. JIC can provide a limited amount of support to users. For instance, the PCM [example PCM] and Recombinant Viewer [example RView] display applets developed by the UK CropNet consortium - long broken - have recently been restored for genetic maps.
